Symptoms and signs associated with joint pain can include:

• Loss of range of motion of the joint,
• Stiffness,
• Weakness

A variety of treatments, such as strength treatments, range of motion, mobilisation and soft tissue manipulation, can help with both pain and physical function. Strengthening can also help to improve function joints and offer some benefits for pain.
